Refund Policy

We are bootstrapping this event with our own money and we will be unable to offer refunds.

Please make sure you are committed to attending before buying a ticket.

If you are experiencing genuine problems, get in touch.

If you are visiting from outside the UK please make sure that you leave plenty of time to resolve any visa or passport issues. We cannot accept responsibility for this (sorry!).

Selling or Transferring Your Ticket

We recognise that life does not alway go smoothly. If you need to sell or transfer your ticket please do, but email us with the details of the new delegate.

Diminished Experience and Event cancellation

We intend to deliver the event as advertised. However, if a speaker or workshop leader is unable to attend, we will make alternative arrangements to offer an event that continues to deliver a similar experience as possible. There will be no cancellations or refunds if changes occur to the lineup that are out of our control. If the event is completely cancelled we will reimburse attendees (minus our expenses and operating costs). Eventbrite fees will not be refunded.

Photography, Feedback and Social Media
