Jane Jennison, MSc, BA (Hons) Dip Lib

I am a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach.  I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology, a Level 7 qualification in Wellbeing In Coaching.  I have also trained in a range of therapeutic interventions, including Theraplay, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Parenting and Practice (DDP) and Person Centered Art Therapy, all of which inform my work.

I work one-to-one with individuals wishing to increase their wellbeing and build authentic happiness into their life. I also run workshops for corporate clients and groups on building resilience, using Character Strengths, How Journaling can boost wellbeing, and finding Meaning and Purpose.

I am proud to be co-founder and co-organiser of the Positive Psychology Summit: UK, a series of online and in-person events bringing practitioners together.

I have co-authored, ‘Happier at home: a guided Positive Psychology journal for parents and carers’, and ‘Happier at work; a guided Positive Psychology Journal’. I hasve also produced sets of Strengths cards endorsed by the VIA Character Institute, and sets of ‘Positive Prompts’; cards for journaling and more!

I am also a Trustee for Home for Good: Suffolk, and a Safeguarding Trainer for the Eastern Baptist Association.

I am a Director of Autonomous Ideas Limited.

Catherine Stacey - MSc iMAPP, BSc Honours Psych.

I love creative and practical which is why a Summit all about the application of Positive Psychology appealed to me. As an actor and drama teacher I love bringing the science of happiness to life and hearing about how others do this too. I will be facilitating the networking sessions and explaining why you should network when starting out in business and how it has helped me build Chill Your Beans.

Andrew Foster  - MSc Executive Coaching, MBA, BA Honours

I am fascinated in how Positive Psychology can help my clients find a better way to be resilient, happy and fulfilled.
